PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The Diploma in Housekeeping Management aims to develop skilled and professional housekeeping personnel for the hospitality industry. The programme provides students with essential knowledge and practical skills in room operations, cleaning standards, hygiene management, and guest service excellence, preparing them for employment in hotels and related hospitality establishments.

MODULE 1: INTRODUCTION TO HOSPITALITY & HOUSEKEEPING OPERATIONS
