PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

To develop competent yoga practitioners and wellness facilitators with knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana practice, meditation, holistic wellness, teaching methodology, and professional practice

  • This is better than having exams after every module.

Final Practical Examination (30%)

Students must demonstrate:

Part A – Asana Performance

  • Complete yoga sequence
  • Correct alignment
  • Safe execution

Part B – Meditation and Pranayama

  • Guided breathing practice
  • Guided meditation session

Part C – Teaching Demonstration

  • Conduct a 20–30 minute yoga class
  • Demonstrate communication and teaching skills

Part D – Viva

  • Professional discussion with assessors
