PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The programme aims to develop learners’ English language proficiency across the four core language skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening, while strengthening grammar, vocabulary, and everyday communication skills. The programme prepares learners for the Cambridge English Linguaskill examination and equips them with the language competencies required for academic, workplace, and social communication.

LINGUASKILL PREPARATION PROGRAMME
ASSESSMENT METHOD
The programme is designed to prepare learners for the Cambridge English Linguaskill examination. Linguaskill is a computer-based English proficiency assessment that evaluates candidates in four core language skills:
- Reading
- Listening
- Writing
- Speaking
The examination uses advanced AI technology and automated scoring systems to assess candidates’ performance accurately and consistently across all four skill areas.
PROGRAMME COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
To successfully complete the programme, learners must:
- Attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled classes.
- Complete all assigned coursework and mock assessments.
- Demonstrate readiness to sit the Linguaskill examination.
- Achieve the required minimum score in the final mock assessment.
RECOMMENDED PASSING STANDARD
Learners are expected to achieve a minimum Linguaskill score of 140 on the Cambridge English Scale, equivalent to CEFR B1 level.
